How long does shipping take?

Allow 7-10 business days to receive order. Due to Covid delivery times may be delayed. 

What to do if I have not received my package within 10 business days? 

Check shipping status by your tracking number sent via email when your order was shipped. 

Can I modify my address once order is placed? 

Yes, as long as you order has not yet been shipped email sales@laze-loungewear.com as soon as possible. 

Can I modify an order once placed? 

No,  once an order is placed it is logged and can not be changed. Please check order before submitting it. 

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do now?
